Autumn's 5th Birthday

Inside of card:

I used the new SU Bird punch to make 5 birds for Autumn's 5th Birthday. She loves being outside and as her Aunt a/k/a Godmother, I couldn't think of a more perfect "pink" (fav color) for her.

I wasn't going to get this punch when I first saw it, but then the more I saw Mary use it the more I had to have it, kwim. Mary's blog is http://itsallaboutthejourney.typepad.com/its_all_about_the_journey/ in case you wanted to go visit her and give her some love comments. THANKS MARY!

2 of 2 BRaks' February 26th

In honor of my friend Lindsay's birthday, I made her an altered Land O Lakes container that holds 4 milkbone dog bones perfectly! I hope she likes it once it gets to her in Boston, MA.

1 of 2 BRak's for February 26th

In honor of my long time, good friend Jen Young, I made her some extra treats to go with her BRak card. I made her one of those altoid tins that I made for my students and filled it with hershey chocolate and crosses that I punched out. So when the chocolate is gone, she can put her worries inside the box with the picture of Jesus and "cast her worries upon the Lord" then forget about them. And since Jesus' greatest commandement is to love one another that was the them of the outside of the box as well. Then I forgot I bought some nail polish and picked out a color that I thought she'd like.
