This was my first attempt at the rose tutorial I found on Kay's blog @
http://creationsonpaper.blogspot.com/. They didn't quite come out like her perfect cake ones, but my mother, my motherinlaw, and my grandmother were all happy to receive them on their Mother's Day cards.
