"Since dogs can't eat chocolate, here's a recipe for carob cupcakes."

Cook Time: 25 min.
Difficulty: Easy
Yield: 1 dozen

1/2 cup honey
2 cups white flour
1/2 cup low-fat mayonnaise
3 tablespoons carob powder
1 cup warm water
1 teaspoon vanilla

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Mix ingredients until everything is really blended. Line a muffin tin with cupcake papers. Fill each one about half-way.
3. Bake for 25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean when inserted in the middle of a muffin.
4. Decorate them with a little bone or some other doggie treat.
5. Cool and store in a sealed container.

Wow that looks yummy even for a dog to eat. I'm sure every dog will love it. Wish I had a dog again. I miss my dog Fluffy, I had a mix Pomeranian & Maltese. I had her for 11 years. Have a great day!
